Karl has been competing for several years as a top level powerlifter in both USAPL and USPA federations. He has helped athletes realize their untapped physical potential. His technical acumen helps him identify and strengthen his athletes' weaknesses. Karl customizes training programs for each person's goals. He will coach through the process of starting strength training and specializes in carrying that over to the competition platform. He has worked with athletes of all levels, from beginners to a All Time World Record Holders.
